REGULAR HEARINGS:

ITEM 1      Consider  approval  of minutes for the June 21st, 2010 Regular Meeting.

ITEM 2      Recognition of Hereford Junior High students for their performance at the International Society for Technology in Education Convention.  

ITEM 3          Consider bids for pipe for new well field.

ITEM 4            Consider purchase agreement between City of Hereford and E-Z-GO.

ITEM 5      Discuss Amarillo College proposal for possible future land development. 

ITEM 6      Hear report from Hereford Economic Development Corporation. 

ITEM 7      Consider approval of Estoppel Certificate (Contract assignment from Panda Ethanol).   

ITEM 8      Announcements and comments from Mayor and City Commissioners.

ITEM 9      Announcements and comments from City Staff.

ITEM 10     Public Comments.
