General:

The Hereford Municipal Airport is owned and operated by the City of Hereford under the direction of the airport director, Teresa Lyons.  The airport has sufficient runway to accommodate business jets and most all other private aircraft.  The airport is an integral part of the economic development of the City.

Information about the Airport:

The FBO (Fixed Base Operator, i.e. terminal)  on the airport is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but has free 24 hour call outs.  The FBO boasts two seating areas, a pilot lounge, a kitchenette, two TV's, and a flight planning room with a computer, DSL,  and wireless internet.  Also, three courtesy cars are available on a first come basis.

Hangars are available for rent.  The price is $75 per month, which includes all taxes and electricity.  Tie-downs and hangars are also available for transient traffic.  The first night is free with the purchase of fuel.  The second and subsequent nights are $5 for tie-downs and $10 for hangars.

Both Av Gas and Jet-A are sold, with the option of over-the-wing or single-point hookups for the Jet-A.  The Hereford Airport now offers a choice of full service fueling or self serve fueling with our new FuelMaster card reader system which is accessible 24 hours.
